Brinton cottage, Elwyn

This is probably the home of G. Herbert Brinton, the largest house in an early-20th-century development called Elwynside, south of the Elwyn railroad station. If it still stands, it is on on the driveway that continues east from the dead-end of Elwyn Avenue. Brinton also built other cottages on his large property, which extended to S. Old Middletown Road.
